A Letter To Our Stevens Lincoln Family

Our number one goal is the health and safety for our clients and team members. As we continue to learn more daily through monitoring our State and Federal government's communications regarding the COVID-19 outbreak, we are sanitizing our dealership daily and making sure that we are performing all of the steps necessary to keep everyone safe and healthy.

Our goal is to make sure that we are able to meet our clients' needs during these pressing times even if this means less direct contact with each other. We have taken steps to enhance your vehicle buying and service experience through remote pick up & delivery. We are offering overnight test drives delivered to your home or office, where our team members wearing gloves deliver the vehicle to you with the steering wheel wiped down and a cover on it. Also wiping down all other commonly touched areas in the vehicle with anti-bacterial wipes for precaution at drop-off. After completing your test drive we will come to your house and complete the purchase of the vehicle or pick the vehicle up if you decide not to make the purchase.

When your vehicle being serviced is complete we will arrange the drop-off of your vehicle. We will also deliver a vehicle to you that you have purchased or leased leaving the vehicle with you and the appropriate documents for you to sign and then come to pick up the documents once they are completed. For service we have the same treatment for both our Ford & Lincoln clients, leaving a fully sanitized loaner for your use if needed while your vehicle is being serviced.

One additional service we are offering to our customers is being able to reserve a vehicle that you want to purchase or lease with a fully refundable deposit and no obligation if you decide not to complete the purchase. We will reserve the vehicle for you until the time you are comfortable coming in to pick up it up or have it delivered to you for up to four weeks. As always, you are welcome to come in and visit us for service, however at this time, we are only offering curbside drop-off and pick up or local home pick up and drop-off by appointment.

We have increased our cleaning & sanitizing efforts for your safety. Our facility is sanitized daily with anti-bacterial solutions in all high-traffic and high touch areas. We also have all of our associates dedicated to cleaning their workstations and wiping down vehicle touch points throughout the day.

These are unprecedented and uncertain times with the Coronavirus and the dramatic impact that it is having on our country. Everyone of us is feeling the difficult social and financial reverberations, trying to figure out ways to navigate through uncharted territory. As always, we're grateful for the opportunity to serve you and we will do everything in our power to provide a safe and healthy experience for our clients and team members.
